Trerose Manor luxury B&B is situated close to the mouth of the Helford River and offers the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall.
Strategically positioned, this ancient site is thought to date from the Bronze age and parts of the house date back to the 13th century. Arriving at this superb Cornish B&B is a delight, visitors enjoy marvellous views across Falmouth Bay and then drive down a veritable tunnel of mimosa and yew, emerging in front of the house.
The historic house provides sumptuous guest accommodation with a fascinating range of antiques and pictures. Fresh flowers, books and magazines abound. Each B&B guest room is generously proportioned, with comfortable seating and en suite bathroom, flat screen television, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities plus a range of toiletries.
A traditional Cornish cream tea is offered to Wolsey Lodge visitors on arrival, which, like the delicious breakfast, is served in the cosy kitchen or on the terrace. Produce is locally sourced wherever possible.

The home of the Phipps family, Tessa has lived at Trerose for 35 years and has built up a loyal clientele of return visitors.
Having spent most of her earlier life based in London before settling back in Cornwall full time, Tessa thoroughly enjoy welcoming guests and delight in sharing her love of the area, and suggesting local walks. She is justifiably proud of the fabulous, quintessentially Cornish garden which guests are free to enjoy and paint!
This part of Cornwall has so much to offer lovers of luxury B&B accommodation; Whatever your interests, visiting beautiful gardens or historical National Trust properties. art galleries or simply enjoying the coastal scenery, everything is in easy reach.
