This outstanding luxury Wolsey Lodge, built in 1848, resembles a French château, set in formal grounds with mature trees, a folly and extensive gardens to explore. On arrival guests enjoy fireside refreshments in the panelled drawing room or on the terrace, depending on the season. Furnished with antiques this relaxed home will enchant you.
Upstairs, the two guest bedrooms are prettily furnished in classic style, one king-size double with en suite bath and monsoon shower, the other a twin with private bathroom. There’s no shortage of space here or luxury.
Breakfasts in the elegant dining room overlooking the garden include the finest local produce, and will set you up for the day.
