The Old Rectory No. 45 (7998)
A long gravelled drive leads to this Grade II former rectory, standing proudly on a hill next to the church in this lovely Leicestershire village in the heart of the rural countryside. Here you will find The Old Rectory, luxury bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation close to Market Harborough. The building has many unique features, and was externally decorated using crests and stone figurines dating back to 1732.

Wolsey Lodge B&B guests are greeted warmly and are offered welcoming afternoon tea served in the drawing room. An imposing oak staircase leads past the guest dining rooms and lounge to a galleried landing and to luxury B&B accommodation - beautifully decorated king size, twin and single bedded guest rooms - all with televisions, hospitality trays and quality toiletries.

The bed and breakfast bedrooms overlook the traditional fruit orchard, formal topiary yew trees, landscaped flower beds and a walnut tree known to be grown from walnuts taken from a renowned Motte and Bailey castle mound in Hallaton in the 11th century- a touch of history that Wolsey Lodge B&B guests visiting Leicestershire will appreciate.

Raili Fraser was a nursing sister and is now dedicated to making sure B&B guests enjoy all that the family home has to offer, aided by her daughter, Alexandra, who used to work in finance in London.
