Naomi Barrett is your host here in Northumberland at Tuggal Hall B&B. She has lived here since 1960 and her family grew up in this much loved house. A culinary treat awaits her B&B guests - Northumberland meat, game and fish are used on the menu and freshly caught lobsters are sometimes available in season and by prior arrangement. There is a traditional walled garden where much of the fruit and vegetables used in the cooking are produced. Set on the Northumbrian coast, Tuggal Hall B&B is located at Chathill in Northumberland where there are numerous castles to visit and fantastic walks both on the wonderful long beaches and in the Cheviot Hills nearby. The famous Alnwick Water Gardens are within 15 minutes drive, and Holy Island is about 30 minutes drive. This is a significant area for birdlife - sea trips can be taken to the Farne Islands bird sanctuary. There are also 8 golf courses within 10 miles of the house.
