This is a truly lovely Wolsey Lodge, offering everything you would expect from bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation in a perfect Oxfordshire location. Surrounded by views of undulating countryside and on the edge of a small Oxfordshire village, sits Holmby House. An impressive drive leads to a wisteria clad, elegant Victorian house.
On arrival, Wolsey Lodge B&B guests are welcomed with tea and homemade cakes in front of a log fire in the winter or on the terrace in the summer. Inside, the recently restored house is luxuriously decorated with classic fabrics and antique furniture. The B&B accommodation bedrooms have just the same luxury finish with spacious and light with fantastic views. Guests are greeted in their rooms by an array of facilities including large comfortable beds, good sized baths or power showers, television, telephone, fresh flowers, a bowl of fruit and bottled mineral water.
The garden is a colourful, fragrant oasis and includes a secluded summer house. For the more active guest, there is an outdoor heated pool, tennis court and croquet lawn - what more could Wolsey Lodge B&B guests when visiting the Cotswold and Oxfordshire?

An aficionado of Claire Macdonald, guests are assured of good cooking from local produce and home grown vegetables. John is a hormone specialist and has a particular interest in wine. Your hosts are keen on opera, theatre and travel - especially to Scotland.
