Surrounded by grazing sheep, is a beautifully converted, decorated and furnished barn that offers B&B guests space, peace and solitude and the careful attention of their welcoming host Bun Matthews. With a natural knack for making you feel instantly at home, Bun has thought of everything for your comfort – a tea tray loaded with homemade cake, supremely comfortable beds, fine luxury linen and toiletries, a relaxing and welcoming sitting room with an open fire to welcome you in the winter, and a fabulous dining room where you can enjoy locally-sourced food whether you enjoy just breakfast or decide to stay in for dinner or supper. On fine evenings, meals are often taken on the terrace which gives a lasting memory of the beauty and tranquillity of this location.
The four B&B accommodation guest rooms are individually furnished with bright fabrics and the barn character is reflected in the retained exposed beams. With little light pollution, star gazing becomes a relaxing fascination here whilst for the more energetic there is an all-weather tennis court in the grounds and walks aplenty starting right from the doorstep.
