Huish Manor
Lodge No 34
This very pretty, Grade II listed house, built in 1792, is approached along an attractive tree lined drive and is fronted by a large lawn with a pretty walled garden at the back and an adjoining small wood, orchard, and paddocks.
The house has attractive well proportioned rooms as befits a house of this period. The drawing room and dining room are available for guests' use and are furnished with antiques and a fine collection of marine paintings. The dining room is particularly elegant with a log fire, lit when appropriate, at both dinner and breakfast.
The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with antique furniture and beds made up with linen sheets and warm blankets. Each has its own bathroom, one with a power shower, and enjoy calming views either onto the front lawn, or the walled garden at the back.

John worked in the City of London until retiring. He is a keen sailor. Fleur trained as a dancer and, until recently, taught children ballet. Fleur is an excellent cook and they both greatly enjoy entertaining guests in the surroundings of their attractive 18th century house.
The Location

How to find Huish Manor Bed & Breakfast (B&B).
Travelling West on A31, past Wimborne, there is a 2 mile long brick wall on the left. At the end of this, and 50 yards past the Worlds End public house, there is a sign 'Huish only' indicating a slip road to the right, leading to the drive of the house. This is before the turning to Winterborne Zelston.
