A tranquil and rare experience awaits at Bosc Lebat, a magnificent manoir with shuttered windows and Mediterranean roofs. Nestling in its own valley, surrounded by rolling hills of sunflowers and woodland, the tree-lined driveway, with its display of irises in early summer, creates an idyllic welcome. The guests' private sitting room is comfortable with a large-beamed open fireplace where afternoon tea is served. There is fully equipped kitchen available for guests to prepare light meals or picnics to eat under the trees by the pool

Spacious, classically furnished en suite bedrooms overlooking the gardens, have luxurious 6 foot king size beds or twin beds, soft sofas and easy chairs and extra fridges available for wine! The beautifully refurbished bathrooms and shower rooms include swimming pool towels and hair dryers. The 22 acres of gardens include lawns and large trees to picnic under and an exotic secluded swimming pool reached through arches of roses, all surrounded by peaceful orchards.

Internet Broadband is available in all of the Manoir, even in the gardens.

There is an extra charge of €15 per person for one night stays, but discount given for stays of five nights or more.

The Location

The sunny, old town of Lavaur with its market and splendid fountain, The Old Cathedral city of Albi, the fortified City of Carcassonne, the riverside City of Castres, the Pink City of Toulouse, the old town of Gaillac and surrounding vineyards and the ‘City in the Sky' are certainly worth a visit. The Spanish border and the Pyrennees are also only 3 hours drive away.

How to find Bosc Lebat Bed & Breakfast (B&B).

From the centre of Lavaur (fountain) take the Castres road D112. Stay on this road for 2km past Audi/VW garage on right, past main turning on right to Marzan and within 200m turn right to Massac Seran D166. Through tiny hamlet and immediately on leaving, turn half left where Bosc Lebat is signed for 2km.
