Fine modern art is displayed throughout the house; guest bedrooms and the breakfast room have panoramic views of the beautiful landscaped gardens. Sit outside your room on your own private patio! Your Bed & Breakfast Hosts

Julia and Colin have been catering for parties and events at South Lodge for several years and so felt confident moving to providing Bed and Breakfast. Colin studied Botany and Zoology whilst Julia's background is in IT and Philosophy. They share a passion for their garden, theatre and the arts. Two other important residents are two English Mastiffs, Jake and Gertie - meeting available on request!

Perfect location for Woburn Abbey, the Golf Course, Safari Park, Oyster Festival and Craft Fairs. Convenient for Silverstone, Bletchley Park, Xscape or shopping in Milton Keynes. Over 100 miles of dedicated cycling routes. Close to Cranfield, Kingston and Magna Park.

From M1 J13 signs to Milton Keynes; From M1 J14 signs to Wavendon; both arrive at Kingston roundabout (Junction of A421/A5130). From there A5130 towards Woburn Sands: after one mile our green sign and house on left.
