Uplands House
Lodge No 105
Fragrances of lavender, honeysuckle, jasmine and roses tumbling over golden stone walls and an air of calm greet guests as they approach Uplands House along a drive lined with ancient lime trees.
Inviting and peaceful, guests can wind down in lovingly furnished surroundings. Relax in the spacious drawing room; linger over splendid four course dinners or a lighter supper accompanied with wonderful wines in the candlelit dining room, or in summer, dine al fresco on the terrace.
Choose between the fabulous four poster bedroom with its luxurious en suite bathroom or the Chinese room which can be a double or twin, both of which enjoy a lovely view across the parkland, or the smaller but charming double room overlooking the rose garden and bubbling brook. Whichever room you choose, be spoilt with fresh flowers, crisp bedlinen, lovely bathroom accessories and be assured of a scrumptious breakfast when you wake.
