A sweeping gravel drive leads to this striking Grade II listed Georgian house - an elegant, relaxing retreat in beautiful countryside and with views to die for.
A warm welcome, wonderful food and perfect peace await in this family home. Spacious, well proportioned rooms, all traditionally decorated, include a large hall with old Cotswold stone flags and oriental rugs. Guests have the use of both the exquisitely furnished drawing room with open log fire and the dining room.
Large, comfortable bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with power showers and/or baths. Facilities include electric blankets, television and tea and coffee facilities.
The terrace, frequently used in summer, overlooks the tranquil garden which boasts splendid lawns, flowerbeds with all year round seasonal colour and an organic vegetable garden.

Nicholas is a lawyer and worked for many years in London. He now works from home and his interests include horse racing, sport and wine (reflected in the wine list). Zelie's two great loves are food and her garden. She is a highly accomplished cook with a wealth of culinary experience and both enjoy entertaining and looking after their guests.

Situated in the heart of the Cotswolds in the historic and peaceful village of Adlestrop close to Stow-on-the-Wold, there are many wonderful places to visit and things to do including; the gardens of Hidcote and Kiftsgate together with others less discovered; a wealth of stately homes and castles; picturesque villages; lovely walks through beautiful countryside; racing at Cheltenham; visits to Stratford and Oxford which are both within easy reach.

How to find Lower Farm House Bed & Breakfast (B&B).
Adlestrop is off the A436 between Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Norton. If approaching from Stow, after crossing railway bridge (3 miles from Stow) turn almost immediately left signed Adlestrop & Evenlode. Turn right at T Junction. Lower Farm House is the first house on the right just after double bend. Detailed directions can be supplied on request.
