Greeted with a smile, you are welcomed into the perfect home. Beautifully furnished with inspirational verve, the polished wooden floors, oriental rugs, fresh flowers, antiques, family portraits and log fires impart a real sense of warmth and peace.

Strolling through a mile long avenue of trees, standing beside the secret chapel in the woods, boating on the pond, lazing by the heated pool in the secluded rose garden, or even playing tennis - the garden embraces you, its almost spiritual beauty lingering long in the memory.

Your Bed & Breakfast Hosts

Mike and Anne are delightful, entertaining and engaging hosts. Anne has worked for the Foreign Office, a political adviser, an art gallery, an interior designer and in publishing before returning home to Broxwood. Mike is Irish and has been in the army and in industry working in over 50 countries, so there is no shortage of interesting stories.

The Location

For gardeners, there's everything from Hergest Croft to Lance Hattat's Design Garden. For the literary there's Hay -on-Wye with 38 second-hand bookshops and festival. For the sporting there's the highest golf course in England and Wales, and for everyone there is the ‘Black & White Village Trail', National Trust castles, houses, cathedrals, churches, and breathtaking landscapes. Dinner is available occasionally but there are excellent local restaurants which include the only pub in the UK with a Michelin Star, and a three Michelin starred restaurants in Ludlow. Mike and Anne will be very happy to advise you.

From Leominster follow sign A44 then A4112 Brecon. After 8 miles just past Weobley turn-off, go right marked Broxwood/Pembridge. After 2 miles go straight over crossroads. After 400 yards ignore first entrance and turn left over next cattle grid.
