Brills Farm enjoys a commanding hilltop position with spectacular view across the Lincolnshire countryside and is part of a working arable and livestock farm, owned and run by the family. Whilst the décor and furnishings in this restored Georgian house reflect the age of the property, concessions have been made to modern day living with the welcome addition of central heating!

In this much loved family home, the old sits comfortably with the new in beautifully stylish bedrooms. Spectacular views can be enjoyed from the cosy beds and in individually designed, period style bathrooms, guests find ultra modern power showers, gleaming baths and plenty of hot water.

The farmhouse is surrounded by countryside and woods in which you can walk for hours on end, or you may prefer to sit and contemplate by the peaceful lake.

While Charlie is busy with the farm, Sophie manages all the details of home and, as an experienced chef, treats guests to relaxation and fabulous food set in beautiful surroundings. Your hosts can also arrange riding, hunting and clay pigeon shooting; just let them know.

The Location

The heart of Lincoln with its stunning cathedral, imposing castle, exclusive boutiques and delicatessens is a mere 15 minutes drive. Cosmopolitan Nottingham is an easy drive and Newark, steeped in Civil War history and famed for its international antiques fair, is 4 miles away on the River Trent. Once an important part of daily transport, the river can now be enjoyed at a leisurely pace on short boat trips in the summer.

From the A1, take A46 direction Lincoln. At roundabout follow A46. Take the first exit for Norton Disney. At T-junction turn right and follow for a half mile. Take first left turn, follow for 1 mile and the drive entrance is on right before going up the hill.
