Allerwash Farmhouse
Lodge No 76
Allerwash Farmhouse is a house of distinction. Surrounded by mature trees, this attractive late Georgian stone built farmhouse is set in delightful farmland rolling effortlessly out to scenic moorland and is just six miles from Hexham.
An open fire in the elegant guest drawing room and comfortable sofas, antiques and fine paintings all contribute to the warm and welcoming feel, which prevails throughout the house.
The two beautifully decorated bedrooms are the epitome of comfort. The large double has a cast iron fireplace, a sumptuously comfortable hand made king size bed that you may never want to leave, antique furniture and en suite bathroom with fluffy towels and pristine bathrobes. The west facing twin room with en suite shower, also has wonderful hand made beds that promise the best night's sleep ever.
Guests enjoy drinks on the secluded patio in summer. Stroll through the old plum, greengage, cherry and apple orchard or between vibrant herbaceous borders, dotted with statues and simply breathe in the beautiful air.
