Cuil-an-Duin
Lodge No 157
An enchanting approach through a majestic cathedral-like avenue of Douglas Firs, opens up to reveal this perfect Arts and Crafts style house, hidden within secret woods.
Classic Scottish hunting lodge ambience is complemented with a rich blend of objets d'art and fine furnishings garnered from Far Eastern travels. A welcoming log fire crackles in the drawing room with the dining room overlooking the ever changing canvas of colour of 24 acres of gardens and wildlife woodlands.
Two bedrooms with imposing antique colonial four posters and the third, a stylish twin, all enjoy en suite or private bathrooms, one also with the luxury of a whirlpool bath. Sink into soft feather pillows and awake with the morning sun to enjoy spectacular views across the Tay Valley to the distant peaks of Schiehallion.
