Trerose Manor

The perfect base to discover the best of Cornwall.

It is believed that Sir Roger de Carmynou began the building of Trerose back in the 13th Century, this site itself has ancient connections stretching to the Bronze age. Now this marvelous Wolsey Lodge is a Grade II listed family home, full of character, charm and surrounded by a magnificent garden populated with a range of tender plants and shrubs, not normally found anywhere else in the UK.

Arriving at this superb Cornish bed and breakfast is a delight, enjoy views across Falmouth Bay and then drive down a veritable tunnel of mimosa and yew, emerging in front of the house. Followed by a delicious Cornish cream tea.

The sumptuous guest bedrooms are decorated with a fascinating range of antiques, prints, and watercolours, as well as fresh flowers, books, and magazines. The rooms are generously proportioned, with comfortable seating and en suite bathroom, flat screen television, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities plus a range of toiletries.

The delicious breakfast is served in the cosy kitchen or on the terrace. All produce is locally sourced wherever possible. Celebratory dinners can be arranged when booking all three rooms, make sure to inform you host.
